More About Us

MAKE was initiated in 2012 by the UiTM's Research Interest Group for Emotion, Kansei, and Design Engineering (RIG EKDE), and was officially registered as a professional association in 2015 by the Registrar of Societies (ROS) Malaysia.

MAKE aspires to spearhead the promotion of the Kansei philosophy and the adoption of Kansei Engineering in the industry, the academia, as well as in the community.

MAKE was established to provide a platform for interested individuals and organisations to learn about Kansei and to apply Kansei Engineering to product and service design in both research and practise.
